The second round of the 2023 Genesis Scottish Open gets underway early Friday morning at the Renaissance Club. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 2 on TV or online.

Previewing Round 2

Despite having not finished outside the top-10 since early May, Rory McIlroy has failed to capture a win this calendar year (his last victory came at the CJ Cup in October at the beginning of the 2022-23 season).

But he has big designs on winning his second Open title at Royal Liverpool next week, and he has a great chance to end his victory drought before he gets there.

McIlroy fired six-under 64 to start the Genesis Scottish Open on Thursday, which leaves him near the top of the leaderboard and well-positioned for another run at the winner’s circle.

He’ll try to keep the momentum on his side on Friday when he tees off for Round 2 at 8:14 a.m. ET with Xander Schauffele and Justin Thomas.
